Worst experience of my life!

Absolutely disgraceful. I want the Founder of Accor group “Sebastian Bazin” to read this review and know how their front office manager in UAE insulted a local new mother with her new born baby, standing in reception with a hernia. I went into the hotel around 11:15pm approx to check-in as I have hospital appointment at Emirates Hospital the following day… I was looking for valet driver and non present, only one member of staff on the reception and he ignored me totally whilst on the phone. I wanted help because I shouldn’t lift, I’m 2 months post c-section and have a hernia. My maid was holding my new born and I didn’t know in which bag was my emirates ID. But they said only physical copy which I know is NOT true. I could have easily checked in and put my baby and maid to rest if he’d accepted my booking reservation , and my passport copy and I’d from my email, or showing digitally to get a copy until baby was away from the bright lights and I could get out my wallet, when I gave him my emirates ID after groveling on the floor with my suitcase I front of everyone, I showed him my maids passport copy, and said her visa is in process she is new here in UAE, he replied I refuse to check you in. I said excuse me??? Excuse me, you refuse to check in a mother, new born baby and maid when I’m here only for my hospital appointment tomorrow. He didn’t care! I’m tired of dealing with ignorant people! UAE is one of the best countries in the world, best hotels, best service and yet we have to accept this kind of attitude as UAE passport holders? How!!! It’s not acceptable!

I’ll comeback again that’s a promise

Hello folks!!, I enjoyed the stay. a wonderful, helpful & spectacular gentleman called yaman, he helped me alot with directions and hospitality. I’m delighted to experience such a nice atmosphere within the hotel. Definitely gonna take this stay as a standard for my future reservations. Genuinely thankful
